***HOW TO ORDER***

Once you place an order, please send me the following details:

1. High-resolution photos and videos to info@beguchee.com. Please ensure that the size of your photos and videos match, so it looks natural when played. If you have any questions or doubts about the files, please reach out to me before placing an order.
If you are sending more than 1 pair of files(1 pair is 1 photo per 1 video), make sure to name the relevant photos and videos identically.
2. your preferred photo.
3. Any names or dates you would like to add to the print (optional).
4. Email where you would like to receive the file.

***WHAT YOU GET***
If you purchase only Digital File: You will receive the digital files via email within 72 hours.
If you purchase Physical Print: You receive both digital version via email and physical prints by post.

• Available size currently is A4 (A4 / 21cm x 29.7cm/8.27 x 11.69 inch).

***HOW TO USE AR***

This print is incredibly easy to use, and you won’t need any app to get started.
Simply scan the QR code, click ‘Open,’ and it will load instantly on your mobile web browser.
Hold your phone up to the picture, and the magic will begin!
If you view the AR function of the print often, we recommend downloading the app for quick access, but that is not necessary.
Please note that while the function is supported in most iOS and Android phones, it is best to use the sample in the images to test it yourself (see the example in the image).

***FAQ***
Q: How long will you store the materials?
A: We will store your photos and videos for at least 30 years, and all materials you provide will continue to come to life during this time.

Q: Is there a limit to the duration of the video?
A: Yes, the video has to be less than 30 minutes long. If you have longer videos, please reach out and we will figure something out 🙂

Q: What are the supported formats for photos and videos?
A: For photos, we accept JPEG and PNG files. For videos, we accept mp4, avi, and mov.

Q: How big should the weight of the files be?
A: The files should be less than 500MB. Please keep in mind that the larger the files, the longer it will take to load them for viewing.

Q: Do you edit photos and videos?
A: No, we use the photos and videos as they are submitted to us. We do not use any editing software, filters, or add sounds to the videos. Please submit the files ready to go on the print.
